First Annual Orange Shirt Day of Remembrance, 11A.M. to 1P.M., Tuesday. - September 30, 2025 at Seattle Central College - Broadway Performance Hall.

The Seattle Indigenous community, ACO and the Inaugural Tribal Liaison to the Chancellor celebrated their first-annual Orange Shirt Day of Remembrance.
This day acknowledges the survivors [as well as] the history of Native Boarding Schools and Residential Schools, to bring awareness for education and healing.
The event featured guest speakers, food, presentations and traditional medicines from our local Seattle Indigenous Community members.
